Once there was a farmer, one day his horse ran away to jungle. All his neighbours came and said that is really sad !
Farmer replied " May be"
Next day his horse came back with seven more wild horses, all neighbours came and said it's great, isn't it?.
Farmer replied "May be"
Next day his son attempted to ride on these horses and his son broke his leg, and in the evening all his neighbours came and said it's too bad isn't it?
Farmer replied "May be"
Next Day Government Army official came to pick people for army and rejected his son as he has a broken leg, all his neighbours came and said isn't it wonderful?
Farmer replied "May be"
Now put yourself at the place of the farmer and evaluate how you would have reacted? In your relations, at the workplace or with your loved one's. Unfortunately we react at high pace and then we would like to wipe off which is not possible. Sometimes we need to take a pause in our life and should not react as these reactions won't change anything, just make us too happy or sad for a while and enhance our anxiety for sure ! As I always say all is getting drafted as per our karma's and whatever is happening around us, it is happening for a reason. It is too complex for us to find out what's the reason behind that misfortune/fortune because you never know the consequences behind that situation which had happened. Staying calm sometimes sorts things out and makes our life better. So next time if you react too much, think about this story and "May Be" can be the best answer to stop the anxiety :)
