Here's the way to handle Rude & Toxic People around you !

Hey everyone, we all are living in a world where we are surrounded with a mix of people who have positive and negative vibes. Some may be good from their heart but carry bitter tongue, some are rude in their behavior but they don’t realize it and some with their insensitive approach.

It doesn’t matter much what people think about you, it is their choice but what is paramount is what you think about “Yourself”. It is foremost to accept that unless I will not think good and positive about myself, I cannot think positive about others with a negative mind!

“Feedback” is something we keep getting most of the time. Sometimes at the office from our bosses or sometimes from our loved ones. However, Feedback doesn’t come alone, it comes with a wrapping sheet. Some wrap it with “compassion and some with criticism”. It is unfortunate that we take so much care of the wrapper and keep it close to heart for long. Don’t you think that we should throw away that wrapper immediately and only take the feedback as a gift which can make us a better person.

Be aware that every person around us is going through some negative grind or carrying some old baggage in their life and transfer the same to us through their words. Do not consume their negative energies which they pass because it will only cause you hurt, disrespect and pain. We need to accept the fact that these people are disturbed in their life and not well, so why feel upset with the words of a person who is unwell. I am sure you can relate when somebody at our home is not well then, we ignore it as we understand that the person is throwing tantrums because of sickness so why not to replicate the same formula when emotionally people do it.

I know this is not an easy situation and affect most of us but here are the ways how can you handle this in a better way;

“Meditation”

It is a tool which can help us not to get affected by the negative energies around us. We cannot change the people around us, but we can change our thought process because until unless we do not make our thought process positive nothing will change around us and meditation helps us to create that positivity in our minds.

“Focus”

Focus on your life as then you will not have the time to see the mistakes of others, gossip, negativity, and other drama around you. Wherever you will go, toxic people will be there. Change of space, your location will have no assurance that you will not have such people around you. We should certainly put some effort into creating positivity around us but if things do not change much, shift your focus on your priority, your growth, your excellence and trust me then negative people and their negativity won't affect you much.

Trust me this will change your life, so take the first step now and make your life beautiful.
